Return Policy

For assistance with returns, please contact our customer service team.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exclusions: Custom and specialty products are not returnable.
Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returned parts.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Condition Requirements: Returned parts must be new in box (NIB), unused, undamaged, unmodified, and in their original packaging, in resellable condition.
Return Authorization: Please wait for customer service to reply with your RMA number, return shipping address, and instructions. The RMA will help expedite processing.
Refunds: Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, your refund (minus the 30% restocking fee) will be issued via PayPal, or with the credit used.
