The installation is basic enough though we recommend that the installation only be performed by individuals experienced in the transmission assembly-disassembly and functionalities, seals, etc. Although we have a pretty extensive part list, not every install will be plug & play, so if you do not have the ability to resurface the axle gears for clearance tolerance inconsistencies, by way of a lathe, mill, or even a bench grinder, it is best to take this to the machine shop when you have the lsd kit in hand and you can see what your working with.
